Guidelines for Submission

1. Preparation
1. Visit the OJS Jurnal Pastoralia l website at https://ejournal.vinea.stpkak.ac.id;
2. Click the article template menu on the sidebar to download the article template;
3. Use the article template file to type your article document;
4. If you want to change your document to fit the template, you can copy the document then select Paste Special by selecting unformatted text into the article template, so that your document will comply with the Jurnal Pastoralia typing rules;
5. You must ensure that the journal articles to be submitted are free of plagiarism;
6. The Jurnal Pastoralia Manager will double-check the possibility of plagiarism;
7. If the plagiarism level is below 30%, the article is ready to be submitted to the Jurnal Pastoralia;
8. Go to the website page (OJS) and registering for an account.

2. Registration
1. Visit the OJS Jurnal Pastoralia website at https://ejournal.vinea.stpkak.ac.id;
2. Select the registration menu and fill in the data in the profile (identity and affiliation) and login (email, username, and password you want);
3. After successfully registering for an account, make a new submission.

3. Submission
Perform the next 5 steps for submitting articles: start, upload submission, enter metadata, confirmation, and next step.
1. At the start, select the articles option in the section, then check the 5 criteria set (if fulfilled) and press the save and continue button;
2. Upload articles in the upload submission section and add a cover letter file;
3. In the enter metadata section, fill in the abstract column, then fill in the author's identity in the list of contributor section, then press the save and continue button;
4. Then press the finish submission button on the confirmation section;
5. The last step is the submission complete and exit the OJS
